Amanda Springer is a gifted yoga teacher. She has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has been fortunate enough to have studied with some incredible yogis; Shiva Rea, Max Strom, Natasha Rizopoulos, and Krishna Kaur Khalsa. Amanda completed her first teacher training at YogaWorks in Los Angeles, California in 2006. She continues to study and practice with joy and great appreciation for being able to share these sacred teachings with others. She attends and participates in the annual Symposium for Yoga Therapy and Research, teaches private sessions and corporate wellness, along with a range of classes for the City Of Santa Monica in their Community Programs.
Trained to teach both Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, Amanda’s sessions are designed to encourage students to play, move, breath and explore. She is outgoing, fun and passionate about teaching yoga and meditation. She finds it to be truly the most rewarding experience.
